Hey, it’s Brady again! You might have thought I disappeared. Well, I felt it was time to send out an update on what I’ve been working on.
As I've referenced before on my podcast "The Unravel with Brady Toops", two years ago I was miserable. You know the feeling? A lack of clarity, a host of repressed feelings, deconstructing beliefs about life, unhealthy routines & practices, etc.
So I went on a journey, and if you're an avid listener of the podcast, you've probably already noticed! Over the last couple years, I sought out a number of experts in various fields, experienced a host of different practices, and experimented with a number of new modalities. In the end, I was really looking for two basic things:
1) Less suffering in my everyday experience of life, and
2) Increased enjoyment.
Then six months ago, I invited 15 men to go on this exploration with me.
Guided by six seasoned experts including popular guests of the podcast Dr. Jerome Lubbe (Enneagram/Nueroscience), Dianne Garven (Astrology), and Elena Dominguez (Somatic Psychology), we had some life-altering experiences. This included new insights around self-exploration, resetting our nervous systems, and even finding clarity into our past and future from the stars.
Most of all, we experienced an unexpected level of support, solidarity and true brotherhood. It was hands down the most transformative thing I’ve ever been a part of.
This was the first round of Soul Games — a transformational men’s mastermind — and I’m now opening the second round of it up to new applicants: 10 weeks of exploration with 15 Men committed to updating our old programming, motivations & toolbox for life (*I apologize to the ladies this time around, but I definitely have you in mind for future groups).
As one of my favorite writers, Richard Rohr, says, “We do not think ourselves into new ways of living, we live ourselves into new ways of thinking.”
